Culinary Institute For Kids

There's a new, state-of-the-art Culinary Arts training facility in West Sacramento for River City High School students called Bryte Caffe. Caffe stands for Culinary Arts & Farm-to-Fork Education. CAFFE students prepare for a career in the food and hospitality industry in a state-of-the-art NEW culinary learning lab, commercial kitchen, cafe and gardens.
