Losin It With Good Day Begins Again!

Hi everyone!  Well, after the first month I was a little disappointed in myself.  Did not really follow the path that Laticia Action Jackson laid out.  But its not how many time you fall but how many times you get up.   So for the months of March and April I am promising you and myself that I am going to follow the program to the best of my ability!!!! 

I was pretty sick Monday and Tuesday and was not able to meet with Laticia.  So we really started Wednesday.  And man what a work out it was.  We did the total body work out and quite frankly it was a little hard!  Laticia had something that came up Thursday so we had to push our second workout back to Saturday.  (We meet twice a week).  So the remaining 4 days were on me.  I was pretty good hitting the gym 3 of the 4 days.  I did the 20/20/10 workout with the elyptical/bike and stair master!  And then did 3 sets of 20 on Abs.  When I DO IT, I feel great, but its just a matter of doing it!  Like all of us my schedule is pretty busy and once I decide to go to the gym 50 other things pop into my head on things I need to do.  But I am determined to lose at least 30 pounds in the next 58 days! 

My biggest problem areas are food (eating 5 times a day) and being consistent with food and working out.   But thats a problem everyone has!  Please keep checking in with me and let me know if you have some ideas on how to stay consistent with the plan!  I so appreciate all the feedback you can give.  We would LOVE for you to be a part of losin it with Good Day!  I am going to post Laticia's website if you want to contact her and be a part of our team!  http://www.laticiajackson.com/  Also posting some pics of Laticia so you will know who is kickin my butt weekly!!!!!!
