Recipe From Home: Chicken Spaghetti

Jessica Crawford is sharing her secret family recipe for Chicken Spaghetti!

Ingredients:
4 large whole boneless chicken breasts
1 small package of Spaghetti noodles
1 tub Johnson's Chili (found in frozen food section)
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 large green bell pepper
1 large yellow onion
2 stalks celery
1/4 to 1/2 pound cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

In large pot add enough water to cover chicken. Add salt pepper, garlic powder to taste. Add soy sauce and worcestershire sauce. Boil chicken until cooked. Remove cooked chicken to cool. Retain chicken broth. Dice bell pepper, onion and celery. In large skillet saute' chopped vegetables with the butter and 1/4 cup of the chicken broth. After sauteed add the cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce and chili. Simmer for about 10 mins. Take cooled cooked chicken and shred. Add to sauce mixture. Add spaghetti noodles to the remaining chicken broth and cook to your preference. Drain noodles and put in large baking dish. Add sauce to noodles and mix together. Add half of cheddar cheese and mix. Add remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins and 325 degrees.
