Recipe From Home: Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

4 boiled and shredded chicken breasts, save 1 cup of the chicken broth.
12 corn tortillas cut into strips.

Mix the following items in large bowl:
1 can HORMEL chilli (no beans)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of mushroom or Cream of Celery soup (your preference)
1 can ORTEGA diced green chillies
1 cup of reserved chicken broth
1 small onion chopped.

Then layer in pan starting with the chicken then a layer of tortillas then pour half the soup mixture over the tortillas and repeat. Cover w/ foil & Bake @ 375 for 45 mins or until the tortillas are soft. Remove foil and cover the top with shredded cheese and sliced olives. Serve with French bread and salad.
