Coats for the Homeless
Nha is meeting one local girl who is trying to make a difference in the Sacramento community! Last year during this time of the year, 9-year-old Macey Casagrande was shopping with her mom, Tammi, and was affected by all of the homeless people she saw. Macey instantly wanted to help them, so she started collecting coats because she wanted to make sure that they were able to stay warm. She even made business cards so people could donate coats for her to pass out. Since last year, Macey, now 10, has collected over 90 coats!
