Time for a little Turkey 911! It’s not every day you roast a hefty bird for a major holiday. So it’s no surprise that at this time of year that amateur cooks have questions. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Meat and Poultry Hotline gets flooded with frantic calls — so on the Daily List this morning, three of the top questions the USDA hotline gets!
