A locally-produced film is giving a voice to teens who deal with bullying!! “Listen” tells the story of nearly every high school in this country where students hide their pain, friends ignore each other’s cries for help, and adults are too overwhelmed to stop and listen.

Local salons and students at Hoss Lee Academy are going head to head to see who can make the best Hallowen hair. We are at Hoss Lee Academy meeting the salons and checking in on their work. Then in the 9 am hour, anchors will vote for the best hair.

Bullying Prevention Rally
Hosted by the Sacramento Regional Coalition for Tolerance, the 4th Annual Stand Up Speak Out! youth rally is part of National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month. The event brings together Sacramento youth and the power of the community together to prevent Bullying. Youth will take a stand and speak out to make it clear that he/she does not support Bullying in any form. Students from Roy Herburger Elementary and Edward Harris Middle School will attend the youth rally.
