Butcher Class 101
Every wonder what it takes to be a butcher? The Roseville Meat Company was established in 1946 providing different services from processing to smoking various meats and renting lockers. Tina is getting some lessons on being a butcher! And it’s International Bacon Day – have you heard? Since Tina is at the Roseville Meat Co., she thought she could twist the owners’ arms and get them to make something with BACON and show us all the different types of bacon they carry.
