This morning the Sacramento's Drowning Accident Rescue Team (DART) is giving a live demonstration of their swift water team recue on river techniques, and Community Emergency Response Team is giving a live demonstration on "cribbing", which has nothing to do with putting your baby down for a nap. It's all about how you can rescue someone if trapped by heavy debris after an earthquake.
