Franklin High School - Penn Relays

Kitten Feeding Classes
The Placer SPCA says we are headed into kitten season - which means, with the need for fostering and adoption, comes the need for the kittens to be bottle fed. So the Placer SPCA is offering a class on bottle feeding kittens -Friday 4/17 from 2-4pm. We are previewing the class and getting a look at some of the shelter's new arrivals.
