OH Man Who Commented On His Wanted Photo On Facebook Arrested

HAMILTON, Ohio - Some people just can't resist posting and commenting on Facebook…at least, one Ohio fugitive couldn't when the post was about him – and that landed him in jail.

According to Journal-News.com, Andrew Dale Marcum was arrested today after he commented on a Facebook post by authorities who were looking for him.

Marcum was featured in the Butler County Sheriff's Office's "featured warrant of the week" post on Monday. It had a few pictures of Marcum and listed some of the serious crimes he was wanted for, including felony burglary/safe cracking, felony abduction, misdemeanor assault; and domestic violence and criminal endangerment.

After deputies posted the update, Marcum allegedly replied to the post by writing: "I ain't tripping half of them don't even know me."

Marcum's commented on his own wanted photo.

In response to his post, the sheriff's office politely wrote: "Andrew Marcum - If you could stop by the Sheriff's Office, that'd be great."

The post had been shared over 2,000 times, received over 1,500 likes and over 700 comments.

Authorities aren't saying how they caught Marcum.

He was booked into the Butler County Jail with bail set at $125,000. As you can see from his booking photos, he wasn't very happy about getting caught.
