IHOP is giving away free buttermilk pancakes at participating restaurants until 10 p.m. No purchase or coupon is necessary to get a free short stack.

While you're stuffing yourself with free pancakes, IHOP wants you to consider making a $5 donation and they'll give you a free $5-off coupon good on your next meal.

IHOP says more than 4 million pancakes will be served today. If all those pancakes were stacked on top of each other, the stack would be almost 12 miles high!

Cambi Brown went to a local IHOP today to see who was taking advantage of this tasty deal.
