Free Breakfast for K-8 Students
As students prepare for their first day of school, McDonald's restaurants in Northern California and Northern Nevada are helping kick-start their year with a wholesome breakfast. On Tuesday, Sept. 9, participating restaurants will offer free breakfast to kindergarten through eighth grade students from 6:30-9:30 a.m. Students less than 13 yrs. of age are required to be accompanied by an adult when visiting a participating McDonald's restaurant.
Students can receive an Egg White Delight McMuffin, apple slices and 1% low fat milk, free of charge.

4. Establish and follow routines (for naps and bedtime).
5. When feeding your infant during the night, try not to let him/her fall asleep at the breast or bottle.
