Recipe: Bacon Champurrado

Bacon Champurrado is a Mexican drinking chocolate with Bacon.

Bacon Angostura Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 dashes Angostura
3 oz bacon fat, in liquid form

Whipped until peaks are firm.

Ancho Cinnamon Bacon Vodka
1 liter Vodka
3 cinnamon sticks
3 Ancho chiles

Add to an airtight container.

Let infuse for 5 days & strain.

Heat 1 cup of reserved bacon fat until liquefied. Allow fat to solidify over night.

Add bacon fat to Ancho Cinnamon Vodka and stir to incorporate.

Remove fat cap and strain vodka.
