7th Annual Lumpia Competition

If you think you make the best lumpia in Northern California, you may consider competing in the 7th Annual Lumpia Competition which will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 on Good Day Sacramento! This is only for fun! I'm limiting this to about a dozen entries so if you want to play, I'll need you to email me your name/address/contact phone number AND your lumpia recipe with complete instructions (list ingredients with exact measurements and step by step instructions). Email the information and recipe to gooddaytina@kmaxtv.com.

Each participant will be required to bring in a minimum of a dozen cooked lumpia to the Good Day Sacramento studio on Wednesday, November 21, 2012. I will email you instructions once you're selected.

These have to be original recipes. I know many people are protective of their recipes but the winner's recipe will be posted on our website. Lumpia is such a wonderful part of the Filipino culture and when others get excited to learn how to make it, that's a good thing!
