Recipe: Cha Cha Deviled Eggs

It's time for the Double-Down Deviled Egg Dare! We asked viewers if they had the best deviled eggs of all time; and with a great response, we bring those daring viewers to the station for a throwdown! At the end of the show, one will be crowned the Deviled Egg King/Queen!

VALERIE:
CHA CHA DEVILED EGGS
6 large eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs sour cream
3 Tbs finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbs finely chopped green onion
1 tsp taco seasoning
Dash hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Smoked paprika (garnish)
Candied jalepeño rings (optional garnish)
Directions:
Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork or grate, using the smallest holes of a box grater. Mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, green onion, taco seasoning, hot sauce and salt a pepper to taste.
Fill the egg halves with the filling, mounding slightly. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and top with a candied jalepeño ring, if desired. Arrange on a serving platter, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

JUNE:
Boil eggs(ever how many you want.) then peel them. ( let them cool first) then cut them open long ways and take yokes out an put them in a bowl. then add your fixins to the that would be... Mayo, Mustard, & dill pickle relisha little salt and pepper to taste.( optional).mash and mix everything up and fill the eggs up then eat them!!!.some people put them in the rfidge and let them cool. also sometimes if I have any black olives I will put them on top of the egg.some people also put Paprika on top also but I'm not fancy just good taste!!!

PATTY:
Deviled eggs otherwise known in our family as "Angel Eyes"
You will need:
1 dozen eggs
10 piecesof cooked chopped thick bacon
1/3 cup of drained sweet pickle relish
2T. of drained dill relish
3T. of chopped pickled jalapenos
1 sprig of green onion chopped
1tsp. of dijon mustard
1/3 or a little less cup of mayo
4T. bbq sauce of your choice
pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper
smoked paprika to lightly sprikle over eggs when complete.
