Its weekend brunch is a combination of some breakfast and lunch favorites, along with a few items only available on the weekend.  Be sure to come with a few friends so you can try all the Tower Cafe brunch specialties. A must is the Famous French Toast, a secret recipe where the bread is dipped in custard. For a unique twist on it, try the Madame Cristo, which is the Famous French Toast stuffed with sliced ham and Swiss cheese then topped with two eggs and chipotle-raspberry jam. One more is the Eggs Tower, two poached eggs and Canadian bacon served on toasted house-made focaccia bread and topped with hollandaise sauce.
