Hi Cindy, I am also a single parent & since the housing market crash I also have been struggling just to make ends meet. I have found a solution that has worked for me, not some get rich scheme, but a real opportunity that I has enabled me to turn things around. Courtney everyone at Horses Hope and Healing is such a fan. I have to tell you nearly every one of those ladies teared up at some point telling me what a good time they had with you and how much it meant for you to be there. A little affirmation goes a long way. We had fun and kept to the rules…..DONT BREAK COURTNEY.

Hi Courtney….Last Fri we were in the Salvation Army thrift store at Antelope and Freeway and they had the most interesting finds. There was 3 boxes of never used bridal gowns. I did not want to take them out of the boxes, but the one that was out was so exquisite..the most delicate shell pink, beautiful train, beaded bodice, cap sleeves, many churches and .will not allow the strapless dresses. As we did not take any other dresses out of the boxes (for their safety) I think there were about 4 to a box. They were 200.00 each. The day we were there it was half price, 100.00, if there were any left back to 200.00 I would assume. These dresses were brand stink’en new. I love thrift shops. That day I bought myself a full set of mid-century Homer Laughlin made in USA china for $38.00. It looked like new!
Good Day to You my Friend! Ma Kettle

    Good Morning Courtney!

Love the show. Watch every day and you’re a joy!

I just have one little thing….why hasn’t anyone mentioned this to you yet? We’ve noticed over the past week or so that your eye shadow doesn’t look right. I’m only saying this since your friends on the set haven’t brought it to your attention. Usually, your makeup is just right, but the black shadow in the corner (mostly your right eye) looks really bad. It needs to be blended, honey. It actually looks like you have a blob of something or like you accidentally smudged your mascara. Blend it, please.

I would hope that my friends would tell me when something isn’t right with my makeup or something that I’m wearing…well, actually, my good friends have.

Please, don’t take this as an insult because it’s really not intended that way. We love you and you always look so together. We love your outgoing smile and joyful dimeanor.

Take care and have a wonderful day!

  • JulianeToews

YOU look GREAT!!! Great makeup and hair Happy New Year. I love your jewelry

KBeau4196 June 22, 2011 I am American and i am not fat, ignorant or bereigellnt. I may not know everything about every other country, but if you think about it, who does? I am not biased and i do not base my thoughts on other countries based on stereotypes. You may think American’ accents are stupid, but to me they aren’t because i live here. That is just rude i don’t think any other accent is stupid. We might have a stereotype about talking with strange accents and texting jargon in speech such as lol’, but we certainly do not talk weird relative to our country. You are ignorant- and that is not based on your nationality.

Hello Courtney! I really enjoy your reporting, and your good humor. I am also a lady of color who had admired your various hair styles over the years. For myself, I prefer a short hair cut, such as your current style, for which (as I am sure you are aware) it can be hard to find the right stylist. I would so appreciate if you would share the information about your stylist.

    • Courtney

      Hi Linda,
Thank you! I don’t mind sharing at all. I go to a wonderful woman named Mi Washington at Oasis Salon on Northgate Blvd. in Natomas. Here’s her number: (916) 317-9351.

      Thanks for watching Good Day!
      Courtney

    • Paris Frazier

      Good Morning Miss Courtney!!
As I was watching over the week-end, I heard the question of the day…One thing you would like to do in your life time ?
I heard you say Cort ! You would like to JUMP on a HORSE?
Please let me help you with that ! As always you are beautiful, and a pleasure to start my day with. Thanks for all you do !!

    • Courtney

      Hi Eric,

All right, GD staffers–this “Dave” guy is not a nice person. Please, disregard whatever he posts and know that your true audience/fans love you and wish you nothing but the best. Courtney, you’re beautiful. Mark S. Allen, I think this is the same nut who wrote such horrible things about you on your bio. They’re truly nuts out there. Be safe, be careful. Don’t walk to your cars alone, okay?!

Good morning Courtney, This is Hillary, I am newly single mom and I am struggleing to pay my bills,my landlord is about ready to evict me and my son for not being able to pay all the rent, I was wondering if you could help me out and give me leads to HELP? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! SINGLE MOM AND STRUGGLING!!!!

    • Tony Masalta

Hi Hillary, I’ve been a single parent (of six) since 2005 & when the housing market bottomed out so did my income. Excuse me because I am pitching my business here, but I am not asking for hand outs and this is not a get rich scheme, but a real opportunity that I has enabled me to turn things around. • Achinta

Yep I’m up for Season 2 although Kat say’s I can’t start a new team until I’ve pintaed the existing one = (Although I’m still hopeful I can convince her to come in with either a Goblin or Snottling team purely for amusement value. As for changes I’ll put a vote towards the Free Fan Factor option rules from Pg 34 of the LTB5.What are you thinking about the length of the next season? I know some folks went crazy with games at the start of the last one but I still think 6 months gives everybody a chance to get involved even if they can only play infrequently.[]Craig Reply:November 23rd, 2009 at 5:34 pmI dunno about 6 months it’s been pretty clear for a while of season one who the top four were going to be. 6 months by get to be a bit of a drag.[]gav Reply:November 23rd, 2009 at 9:25 pmI’m not so certain people will throw in with quite the same intensity we had at the start of Season 1 though where sometimes people fit in one or two games a week.Plus a longer season actually gives the people who don’t have the opportunity to play that often to get in some more games and get in the standings.[]
