Best Weekend Happy Hours In Sacramento

Summer is the perfect time to go out with friends to celebrate nice weather and good company. If you're looking to save money, but still have a lot of fun, try these local weekend happy hours. You'll get tasty food and drinks for a fraction of the price. Here are some places that feature awesome weekend deals near Sacramento.

Firestone Public House has an extensive beer selection and plenty of flat-screen TVs around the bar, so you can watch a game and kick back. Firestone's weekend happy hours are from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and 8 p.m. to closing on Sunday. The bar food is tasty, cheap and decently-sized, and Firestone serves pizza, chicken wings, sliders and nachos. The bar is also family-friendly, so go ahead and bring your kids to watch the game too.

Uncle Vito's is a great place to catch a game on TV and sit back with an ice cold beer and a slice of New York style pizza. Vito's has a Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 10 p.m. to closing. During this time you can enjoy a slice of pizza and a pint of beer for just $5. The slices are generously sized and the various types of beer on tap are refreshing. From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to closing, you can grab a pint of Budweiser for $1.50, a pint of Guinness Stout for $4, and a half dozen wings for $4.29. Woodstock's is popular among the UC Davis students because it has a great atmosphere for group hangouts, good pizza, and low prices. KetMoRee is a Davis favorite because it also features two happy hours every day. From 3 p.m to 6 p.m. and again from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. you can purchase drinks at deep discounts. Beers are $3, mixed drinks that are regularly $9 are reduced to $4, and appetizers hover between $5 and $8. Try some Thai favorites like Thai Iced Tea, Lettuce Wraps, and Coconut Prawns. KetMoRee also turns into a bumping dance club at night, so be sure to stick around for the great music, often played by local DJs.
