SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Interstates 5 and 80 are back open in both directions in north Natomas after a strong wind-whipped grass fire created quite a mess of traffic and smoke.
The closures happened just north of Arena Boulevard near Sleep Train Arena and high winds made things difficult for fire crews as they dealt with a number of spot fires in the area.

Northbound Interstate 5 was closed at Interstate 80 and southbound at Highway 99.
