Woodland Police K-9 On The Mend

WOODLAND (CBS13) — K-9 Niko of the Woodland Police Department is recovering after leg surgery.

The police department says he had surgery to repair what would be the human equivalent of a sprained or torn ACL.

Niko is expected to make a full recovery and will be returning to the force soon.
