Several High Country Schools Delayed, Closed On Monday

POLLOCK PINES (CBS13) - Several school districts have closed or are on delayed starts Monday morning after the storm over the weekend.

Power was knocked out to several school districts due to the cold storm.

The following is a list of schools and districts that have declared a snow day for Monday:

Camino Union School District

Gold Oak Union School District

Lake Tahoe Unified School District

Pioneer Union School District

Pollock Pines Elementary School District

Silverfork Elementary School

The following is the list of schools still in session, but starting later on Monday:

El Dorado High School District (El Dorado and Union Mine high schools) on two-hour delayed start due to icy roads

Indian Diggings School District delayed until 10 a.m.
