Gov. Newsom To Tour Stockton Youth Correctional Facility

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Gov. Gavin Newsom is scheduled to visit the O.H. Close Youth Correctional Facility in Stockton on Tuesday.

The new California governor will be touring the facility's new computer coding and construction labor programs, which have helped young people stay out of the prison system.

The state's corrections and rehabilitation secretary will also be there, as well as Stockton Mayor Michael Tubbs.
