Grass Fire Burns Along Sacramento Waterfront

6:15 p.m. UPDATE: Firefighters say the fire started in a homeless camp near the river. One civilian was injured.

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A vegetation fire is burning in the area of Front and O streets in Sacramento's waterfront area.

The fire is slowing traffic in both directions on Interstate 5.
