SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A cyclist who was hit and killed by a driver suspected of driving under the influence of marijuana has died.

Officers believe the driver who struck the bicyclist was high on marijuana at the time. The driver, identified on Tuesday as 22-year-old Anthony Hernandez Vega, was arrested and is now facing DUI charges.MORE NEWS: Thursday's Show Info. (6/30/22)
