Arrest Made In June 2017 South Sacramento County Homicide

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A man is now in custody for a homicide in south Sacramento County.

Steven Rejon, 19, was arrested on Monday for the death of Demoria Ellis-Rivers last June.

Ellis-Rivers' body was found in an orchard off Twin Cities Road, near River Road. He had been shot in that area and died at the scene, detectives say.

Rejon is being held without bail.
