Buzz-ted: Bee swarm ousts Pennsylvania police department
CARBONDALE, Pa. (AP) — The cops have been buzz-ted.
A swarm of bees has forced officers at a Pennsylvania police department out of their station.
The (Scranton) Times-Tribune (http://bit.ly/2celBDh ) reports Carbondale police had to abandon the station Tuesday when the bees arrived.
Most of the buzzing insects settled into cracks and crevices in the third-floor brick exterior of City Hall, but others managed to get inside the first-floor police station.
The station was to remain closed to the public Wednesday.
