PB Lovers Month Contest
Aspiring local chef Tanya Neuerburg was named runner-up in the National Peanut Butter Lover's Month (November) recipe contest for her recipe for Caramel Delight Cookie Butter spread. The competition was a partnership between National Peanut Board and The Art Institutes and challenged students to develop creative original recipes using peanut butter and/or peanut butter powder. Hall is a recent graduate of The Art Institute of California - Sacramento.
