Don’t have time to get to the gym? Create your own gym! And with the kids headed back to school, moms are even busier!

Get a workout in while you take your kids to the park!
Prop: Park Bench
Directions: set a timer for 45 seconds of work time 15 seconds rest.
Exercise Demonstrations:

1. Incline Pushups on bench
2. Step up on bench
3. Bench squats bench to gauge depth
4. Feet on the bench decline spider plank

Water bottle workout: At home you can work whenever you want!
Props: 16 oz. bottle of water=1lb & Gallon of water= 8lbs
Directions: set a timer for 45 seconds of work time 15 seconds rest.
Exercise Demonstrations:

1. Forward lunge + lateral raise
2. Reverse lunge + step up to balance and press
3. Squat + Press
4. Squat and Punch
5. Chest fly with leg lift
