Hens for Adoption

A former UC Davis football player is using his muscle to help at-risk kids!!  Today we're live at the Invictus Foundation Golf Classic as players warm up for the main event! The Invictus Foundation is a non-profit community based organization whose mission is to advance the youth and at-risk kids through programs that promote self-development, provide educational guidance, incorporate sports training, and encourage success.

Senior Zumba

70-year-old Linda Taylor is a premiere Zumba instructor in Sacramento.  Her endless energy is the key.  She is also a retired law enforcement officer.  So we are going to the 9am Zumba class to see her in action and find out more about her other career.
