SACRAMETNO (CBS13) – A Sacramento teenager was taken to the hospital Thursday night after he was shot in a Del Paso Heights neighborhood.

According to a police statement, the teen and a friend were standing in front of their house, off Elm Street, when a car pulled up and opened fire.

Witnesses told police they heard around 15 shots.

Police are looking for two suspects.

The teen’s injuries are considered non-life threatening.
