From phones to tablets and computers, electronic gadgets are more useful and portable than ever before. And they're finding their way into more homes worldwide. But with the technology there is a downside. Using them a little too much can lead to health problems. Here are some of the top problems and what you can do to solve them, according to wallstcheatsheet.com:

  1. Binge-Watching video before bed. According to Women's health, the light from your tablet or phone screen can interfere with your melatonin, which regulates your sleep.
  2. Staring at your tablet. Bending your neck for long periods to look at your device. Try bringing it up to eye-level to alleviate the pain in your neck if it develops.
  3. Sitting with bad posture.
  4. Not taking breaks at work. With all the email alerts popping up, it's hard not to just walk away and take a break. But get up and take a walk. Do it for your body and for your sanity.
