Topic: Girl Wears "Shame Suit" For Dress Code Violation - Good Idea Or Bad Idea?

A Florida mother says her daughter was forced to wear a "shame suit" after the teen unintentionally violated her school's dress code.

According to CBS Tampa, all that 15-year-old Miranda Larkin did to violate the dress code was wear a black skirt about three to four inches above her knee. The violation got her sent to the school nurse's office where she was forced to change.

It's the clothes Miranda was reported forced to change into that has her mother up in arms: emblazoned on the yellow t-shirt and bright red sweat pants were the words "DRESS CODE VIOLATION."

Maybe the school doesn't teach "The Scarlet Letter," or took it a little too close to heart.

So, for Friday's 9 a.m. Topic, we ask: Is this "shame suit" a good idea or bad idea?
