Leaving The Vampires And Joining A Cult

Matt Davis, who had previously appeared on The Vampire Diaries, now stars in the CW thriller, Cult.

Davis describes his new gig as "a show within a show." Cult is about a television show that has a crazy fan following, emphasis on the crazy.

Davis plays Jeff, an investigative reporter. After Jeff's brother goes missing, he follows a series of clues and starts to believe the TV show plays a major factor in his brother's disappearance. Davis says that Jeff "follows the breadcrumbs down this rabbit hole and is launched into this crazy journey of discovering the Cult."

Cult airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. right here on the CW Philly.
