Gourmet Hot Dogs

Ingredients:

· Four hot dogs

· 3 c. cooked instant mashed potatoes (prepared)

· 4 tsp. yellow mustard

· 4 tsp. grated parmesan cheese

· ¼ c. melted butter

· Oven temp: Broil

Directions:

Broil, steam or grill hot dogs until done, cool slightly and cut length wise, but not all the way through. Open and place skin side down on broiler pan. Turn on oven to broil. Spread 1 tsp. mustard on each dog. Spoon ½ c. or more of potatoes on each dog, smooth top to even out. Brush tops of potatoes with 1 tsp. butter, sprinkle cheese on top. Place broiler pan 6 inches from broiler. Broil until nicely browned, remove from oven and enjoy.
