Dry Ranch Mix:
1/4 cup black pepper
1-1/2 cup parsley flakes
1/2 cup garlic salt
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
1/4 cup granulated garlic
3/4 cup granulated onion
2 tablespoons dill weed

Combine all ingredients in a Quart Mason jar. Shake to combine. Makes about 3-1/2 cups of dry mix.

Ranch Dressing:
1 tablespoon Dry Ranch Mix (more for a stronger flavor)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Whisk together all ingredients until thick and creamy. Dressing will thicken in the refrigerator if you like a really thick ranch dressing. Adjust buttermilk to get consistency you prefer. Makes about 3 cups.
