Jewish Food Faire
Today people have the chance to learn about the Jewish culture! The 39th Annual Jewish Food Faire is an authentic Jewish delicatessen for a day. Every year, several thousand hungry Sacramento-area folks come to the Faire to enjoy iconic Jewish comfort foods, including corned beef sandwiches, pastrami, brisket, stuffed cabbage rolls, bagels and lox, latkes (potato pancakes), blintzes and a dizzying array of Jewish baked goods. The Faire also features art, music, and activities for the whole family. It’s a fun community event. You don’t have to be Jewish to love the great Jewish foods that many of us from Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston and other great deli towns grew up with.
