Today the Sacramento Ballet Studios will be swarmed with kids who will try to be cast in one of the 500+ children’s roles for Sacramento Ballet’s 2016 production of The Nutcracker.

Samuel Oluwaseun Casca, who goes by Yung Sam, is a 21-year-old musician in Sacramento who originated in Lagos, Nigeria. He’s been writing music since the age of 10, and following the release of his single, “Sacramento Proud”, he made a song showing that Sacramento has talent!

Run with the Cops…and K9 Foot Pursuit give people a chance to do a fun 5K with officers in full uniform. The event also includes K9 & Law Enforcement Demonstrations and prizes! Comedian Carlos Rodriguez
Carlos Rodriguez was thrown into comedy, being born into a large family of mostly girl cousins, he quickly became a fast-talking entertainer, which eventually led him to comedy. He won the 2012 CSA Comedy Competition and was voted 2013 & 2014 best comic in Sacramento by Sacramento News and Review.
