Fenix Restaurant
Legend says that the Phoenix bird lived in the desert for 500 years and then consumed itself by fire, later to rise renewed from its ashes. A local chef says he feels exactly the same, and thus has named his brand new restaurant "Fenix". Chef Richard Hyman was burned on his face arms and back in a kitchen fire back in 2014.
