This weekend the 19th Annual Summer Sanders Swim Meet Splashes into Roseville! This marks the 19th year for this incredible four-day USA Swimming Sanctioned event that will showcase the talents of more than 900 swimmers coming from 57 different teams throughout the West Coast.

Western States Horse Expo
A nonprofit that works with rescuing horses is looking for an area veteran to join them on a special journey. Lifesavers’ Wild Horse Journey is a wellness program that uses hands-on activities with wild horses to nurture emotional growth and healing, and re-energize the self.

Victory Park 100th Anniversary
Tuesday, June 14th marks The Haggin Museum’s 85th anniversary and Victory Park’s 100th anniversary. The Museum originally opened in 1931, on the 15th anniversary of Victory Park. To commemorate this special occasion the Museum will open its doors with free admission to all visitors on Tuesday, June 14th from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.
A 6-year-old’s only concern should be school, play time, video games, skateboarding, and fun. Unfortunately six year old Devin Rodriguez of Stockton has more than that to worry about. This April he was diagnosed with bladder cancer. He has been undergoing radiation and chemo therapy. He and his dad frequent KingPin Skate shop nearly every day, to help out the owner put together a flipkick skate event to raise funds for Devin while he tries to kick cancer!
