Help for African Girls

Girls coming of age in parts of Africa miss dozens of days of school a year because of one of the most natural things in the world: their menstrual cycle. It's for no other reason than the shame that comes with not having access to sanitary napkins. So the 8th graders at Alice Birney School have started a project to help.
