Artichoke Pasta Sauce
¾ cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
18 small artichokes, trimmed to hearts and sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine and cover. Artichokes are done when just softened.
Add to a pasta. (Short works best.)
Delta Puppies
Nine puppies, along with their mom, were left at the Delta Humane Society. The Delta Humane Society is already at capacity, but they had to take in these puppies! They are finally available for adoption and we are meeting them.

Artichoke Festival

Burrito Challenge
The Cactus Restaurant has a 7-pound burrito challenge that no one has ever been able to finish. We'll be there as they are making it and then we will have some competitors to see if with the help of our cameras -- they can actually finish it! Mark is also trying his hand at eating this 7 pound burrito and if no one can finish it -- they are going to have to make it a 6-pound burrito challenge!
