Bike Tire Flats
Pedal pros say the drought (yes the drought) and lack of street sweeping is causing flat bike tires.
The drought is allowing the goathead horn weeds (found in sidewalk cracks) to dry up and becoming pointy and sharp - and punctures the bike tires... In addition, budget cuts have reduced the street sweeping and therefore allows for more debris on the roads.
