One of the longest running Off-Broadway shows ever, "Nunsense" comes from the pen and mind of the talented Dan Goggin. The local production is the first 2015 event in Sacramento Theatre Company's "Legends, Epics, and Icons" season. You may recall this crazy, kooky and altogether spooky family from the popular 1960s television show of the same name. The stage play goes beyond the series in both time and plot and the result is quite entertaining. Join the beloved characters in this Runaway Stage production that features family daughter Wednesday grown to be a lovely young lady. Bad news for papa Gomez – Wednesday is in love with a boy who is "normal" and wants Gomez to keep that detail a secret from her mother Morticia. As those familiar with the characters might imagine, a dinner meant to introduce the young man and his parents to the Addams' crew goes less than smoothly.
