Fans of Renee Zellweger were in shock after pictures of the star revealed a noticeable transformation.

The "Bridget Jones' Diary" star showed up at ELLE's 21st Annual Women In Hollywood event Monday looking almost unrecognizable. The gossip world immediately went to work, speculating about whether the Academy Award winning actress had undergone some sort of plastic surgery.

In an interview posted by People magazine, however, Zellweger said that she's glad people thinks she looks different.
