Beers in Sac: Movie
"Farm To Glass" is a short film documentary on hop farming in the Sacramento Valley. The film highlights the history of hop farming in this region and the process by which hops are farmed, harvested, processed, and brewed. Five local hop farms and five local breweries are highlighted in the film, as we all collaborate on the journey of bringing back hops to California, growing this region, and bringing more exposure to locally sourced ingredients. The makers of the film will be here to chat about it.
