Filomena Cross from Bake Sense Inc. stopped by the Good Day studios to show us how to make her delicious Rum Balls!  And she’s sharing her recipe.

Rum Balls


4 Cups Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
½ to 1 Cup of Dark Rum
1 stick of Butter
1 lb grounded walnuts
¼ Cup of Coco
Confectioner’s sugar
Toppings to Coat the Balls

Combine the crumbs with rum and butter and mix well. Add walnuts, coco and some confectioner’s sugar. Shape into balls and roll the balls into the confectioner’s sugar, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, coco or any toppings that you like. Store them air tight in the fridge for up to six weeks. Every other day add a little rum so the balls will soak it up. Enjoy!!
