Pan Roasted Lamb
Preparing time of 15 minutes
1 tablespoon of canola oil
12oz of cubed lamb
1/4 sliced red onions
1 pinch of salt for taste
1/4 chopped tomatoes (if desired)
1 sliced green pepper or 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder (if desired)
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary

– Then stir for about 10-15 minutes for the meat is tender.
