What a great day this has been without Don G. He is too obnoxious for this show. Brett Larson would be a great addition for GDS. It has been awesome seeing Montel on this week. He is such an inspiration to everyone.

  2. Darlene North says:

Where would I find coconut water and how expensive is it?

  3. Marsha Souza says:

Enjoyed Montel on the show, and especially where he was showing his Healthy and Wrinkle free recipes. How could I find out more about the Coconut Water; for instance how much of it is good to have, should you have it daily as you would regular water? I have seen the coconut water with a splash of pineapple, mango and guava. Are those also good for skin benefits or coconut water alone? Whee is it best to be purchased? The green fruit smoothie sounds wonderful too.
I would appreciate more information in regards to the coconut water. Thanks, Marsha
