Montel Williams shares a couple of his recipes he ways keeps him healthy and wrinkle free!! They also save you time in the kitchen!!

MONTEL’S GREEN FRUIT SMOOTHIE – HEALTHMASTER
A 2-gallon pot is needed
1 Pint of chopped pineapple
3 quarts of coconut water
2 green apples
2 banana’s
1 pint of chopped watermelon
1 mango chopped
1 bag of seedless green grapes
1 bag frozen blueberries
1 bag of baby spinach
1 bunch of red swiss chard

DIRECTIONS:

Blend ingredients in the HealthMaster Classic Emulsifier or blender (in small batches) and pour into 2-gallon pot. Montel then fills about 9 separate aluminum water bottles (leave some room at the top). He drinks two a day and freezes the rest until needed.

MONTEL’S QUICK AND EASY DINNER – LIVING WELL PRESSURE COOKER
2 TBS olive oil
2-3 TBS crushed garlic (to your taste)
Pepper to taste
1 white onion, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3-4 pounds lean beef, cubed (steak, flank steak, etc)
2 green zucchini, sliced
2 yellow zucchini, sliced
1 bag of baby carrots
1 bag baby spinach
1 quart of low sodium vegetable broth
2 ½ cups white or brown rice
3TBS Worcestershire sauce
2TBS Mrs. Dash or other no salt spices

DIRECTIONS:
Set pressure cooking on “brown”. Add olive oil, garlic, pepper and onions. Saute for a few minutes. Add cubed meat and brown. Turn pressure cooker setting to “warm”. Add rest of ingredients and spices. Set pressure cooker setting to 50 and cook for 19 minutes.
