River Cats Comedian Mike Osborne

Our Truck Tracker was told a local comedian has won the job as the River Cats' "on field emcee". Basically, he provides the entertainment for the crowd in between innings. Contrary to what our sports guru Mark S. Allen says, there are no halftimes in baseball.
